We listen intently to the vision you have for your event, then present a palette of ideas and recommendations. We introduce professional event vendors who are experts in their field to create a cohesive look and plan.
Business Management
We will create detailed budget priorities with you and establish spending parameters. We'll also assist you with contract negotiations with vendors and establish documentation control and follow up with any trouble shooting that might be necessary.
Meetings and Conventions
“Affairs to Remember Event Planning” is also a meeting and convention planner. We coordinate activities of your staff and convention personnel to make arrangements for group meetings and conventions. We work as the client intermediary for your professional organization and your selected host location. We will design and plan the event that reflects your personal preference.
Seamless Logistics
We have the ability and "know how" to synchronize numerous vendor schedules, event guidelines and production schedules. An Affairs to Remember consultant is first on site, last off site. There are no exceptions. We are active participants in your event. We are on hand and on the floor. We won't run the your meeting or reception from the back room. |
